ABOUT ME
I'm a young at heart lady,who loves cooking and crafting.I work at a grocery store as a deli clerk.Where I meet a lot of people,so interacting with people is my job.Every day is an adventure,I love my job.I had a dream about computers when I was young .So I started some computer classes.One class was computer accounting,met a lot of people some I still see sometimes.Then I started doing any job I could get that included two jobs at a time.Sometime living on four hours of sleep. NO REGRETS
Take a guess: What do you think are the top five regrets of the dying? A palliative nurse listed her findings in a book. Here they are:
1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
2. I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.
3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.

How about you? Based on your current choices and lifestyle, might you have some regrets down the road? What might they be?
In Ecclesiastes 9, King Solomon reminds us that life is short and death is certain. So he encourages us to live in the most meaningful way we can.
First, he said, “Eat your food with joy, and drink your wine with a happy heart” (v.7). Throughout the book of Ecclesiastes, food and drink are frequently mentioned as examples of all that God has provided to comfort and cheer us (Ecclesiastes 2:24,3:13, 5:18, 8:15). So, Solomon encouraged, go and enjoy a meal with your family and friends!
Second: “Wear fine clothes, with a splash of cologne!” (9:8). Eugene Peterson paraphrases this verse, “Dress festively every morning. Don’t skimp on colors and scarves.” In other words, don’t dress as if you’re mourning. Don’t look slovenly. Be clean, neat, and tidy. Smell nice. Get dressed in celebration of God’s gift of life.
Third: “Live happily with the woman you love” (v.9). Treasure your family and friends. Enjoy life with them.
Fourth: “Whatever you do, do well” (v.10). Carry out your duties with gusto. Do your work excellently unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23).
In short, don’t let life slip by—delight in God and live with no regrets!

TEEN IN VIRAL PICTURE AT RALEIGH TARGET STORE GETS THE JOB

Remember the 15-year-old who became an internet sensation earlier this month when a picture of Target employees helping him pick out a tie and prep for a job interview went viral?Click here for the original story
A shopper saw the Target employees helping the boy and snapped a picture that she posted on Facebook.
Yasir Moore needed that tie to apply for a job at Chick-fil-A at Triangle Town Center mall.
ABC11 was there Thursday night when Moore went back for his third interview at the restaurant. He had no idea that our cameras were rolling when restaurant owner David Langston asked him to have a seat.
"I really appreciate you coming in tonight," said Langston. "I think we are ready to offer you a job at Chick-fil-A of Triangle Town Center mall."
He even got his own Chick-fil-A tie.
"We may have someone in the food court that can help us out with that ..." said Langston.
The same Target team that helped him before came to help again. Just like the first time they met, Dennis Roberts helped him tie the tie.
"It's refreshing to my heart, and I'm deeply grateful I was a part of it, and I'll remember it forever," said Roberts.
Once strangers, the kind moment has connected the group.
"They're like family to me now, because they helped me so much," said Moore.
"We told him he has two more moms looking out for him. We'll be out to Chick-fil-A checking on him," said one of the Target team members.
Audrey Mark, who took the original picture, was there too.
"I was moved when I saw it happen the first time and now to see it come to fruition was very emotional for everybody," she said.
Moore's mother said she's still amazed at the kindness of strangers.
"They still went above and beyond to make sure he was right for his interview," said Najirah Parrish.
Moore's new boss at Chick-fil-A said the lesson in it all is obvious.
"Look for opportunities to do the right thing. Look for opportunities to have an impact on people," said Langston.
"They didn't just change my life, they're going to help me change other people's lives," said Moore.

The five oldest women in the world — all women — were born in the 19th century and are still around to show their wisdom about what they’ve learned over the past 100 plus years. The list consist of two 116-year olds Misao Okawa of Japan, Gertrude Weaver of Arkansas, and three 115-year olds Emma Morano-Martinuzzi of Italy, Jeralean Talley of Michigan, and Susannah Mushatt Jones of New York.
According to HuffingtonPost, two of these super centenarians are African-Americans who have lived through world wars, the Harlem Renaissance, the Civil Rights Movement and, most recently, the Ferguson and #BlackLivesMatter protests.
Jeralean Talley, 115, Michigan
Talley — the oldest living American — grew up in the South and was married for 52 years, until her husband passed away.
She lives with her daughter and enjoys playing with her great-great-grandkids and even takes an annual fishing trip! Talley’s advice for a long life is simple: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, that’s my way of living,” she told a Michigan news affiliate in 2013.

At 115, Mushatt Jones could easily be described as feisty.
She loves bacon, scrambled eggs and grits every day for breakfast — not exactly something that is a recipe for long life, you’d think. But except for vision loss due to glaucoma, the only health problem she is medicated for is blood pressure. She’s also said to have an affinity for lacy lingerie.
“You can never get too old to wear fancy stuff,” she’s said, according to TIME.

A Barber Is Giving Free Haircuts That Make Misbehaving Kids Look Like Old Men
Parents can bring in their bad kids three days a week and ask for the “Benjamin Button Special,” where the bad kid in question will be styled like an old man.
He calls it the “Benjamin Button Special.
The Washington Post reported on the shop’s unusual offering:
“So u wana act grown…well now u look grown too,” the barber wrote on Instagram. “The grown-up kids special. Bring more bad kids to @a1__kutz for this kut.”
Fredrick, who co-owns the shop and has three kids, said he was inspired to offer the special after he saw immediate results when he tried it out on his 12-year-old son, Rushawn, for getting bad grades.
But those grades “dramatically skyrocketed” after the haircut, Fredrick told the Post.
“Parents are at a loss,” the 34-year-old dad said. “When you go to discipline kids these days, they can’t necessarily use physical punishment they way parents did in the past, but they have to do something.”
Some experts believe that shaming as a form of discipline can be “ineffective and even destructive,” research psychologist Peggy Drexler reported in Psychology Today.
“Many kids will act out as a cry for attention or for firmer limits,” she wrote. “Most kids — especially boys — have an impulse to push boundaries while also needing to know that they’ll be reigned in.”
